Join us in our home to learn how to make tortillas by hand. We’ll talk through and demonstrate the nixtamal process, taking dent corn through the process to turn it into dough to press into tortillas. We’ll also show the more modern way of making your own hand made tortillas and share a bite at the end of the class.
